Individual Therapy

We all have seasons of our lives that can feel overwhelming and isolating. It can be easy to get stuck in these moments, however, it doesn’t have to be this way. My goal is to support you through challenging times in your life, moving towards creating lasting change and a positive impact in a way that is tailored for you and your needs. Therapy looks different for everyone; for some it is a lifelong journey, while for others, it may be accepting support in times of crisis or need. In our work, I will hold space for you to share your story, your experiences and your goals.

Couples Therapy

I work with people in all stages of coupling. When working with people in romantic relationships, my hope is to help facilitate change in the way couples interact with one another, through establishing effective communication, healthy boundaries, and strong connection. Therapy can be valuable whether you’re newly married, dating, cohabiting, co-parenting, or moving towards separation or divorce. I address working with couple primarily through an Emotionally Focused therapeutic approach.

Family Therapy

The dynamic between families can be ever changing and evolving. I work with you to find new ways to connect in times that feel challenging. Often, as families transition throughout various life stages, we forget to acknowledge how these life changes may change how we interact with those closest to us. I look forward to helping you establish new, healthy, meaningful connections with your loved ones.
