In 2021, Dr. Sahar founded a holistic, trauma informed group therapy practice called The Process Wellness Collective. The Process was founded to honor the desire to bring community and collaboration into the work that we do as therapists in order to provide an inclusive and supportive space for our clients and our community. Each of our therapists bring their unique perspective to our practice, with a deep committment to exploring holisitic, creative and evidence based methods of healing for our clients.
